The successful implementation of the senior specialised school reform requires effective cooperation, determination to make difficult decisions and the utilisation of internal community resources. Local communities in the Chernihiv region are already working on this ahead of the 2027 deadline. Communities are joining forces to provide local young people with the opportunity to receive a high-quality education.

For instance, the Kipti community considered the number of high school students and legal requirements and decided to cooperate with the neighbouring Kozelets community, as creating an academic lyceum independently would not be feasible.
