The Career Festival is Ukraine's biggest career event of the year!

On 22–25 May 2025, the incredible Career Festival, the largest career event of the year in Ukraine, took place at the Expocenter of Ukraine (VDNH)!

Over 100,000 guests attended the event to learn about career opportunities.

The DECIDE project was represented by a team of career advisors and partner vocational schools.

Thanks to our partner institutions, festival visitors were able to try their hand at various roles over the four-day event. They could experience being a welder or electrician with augmented reality and VR glasses, work on modern embroidery machines, create their own shopping bags, make fabric decorations, and print key rings and toys on a 3D printer. They could also try being a car mechanic by changing a wheel or a chef by making decorations from fondant and decorating muffins and biscuits with them.

By September, all 10 DECIDE career hubs will be operational, bringing together schools, businesses and vocational education institutions.
