On 27-28 January, the second and final stage of training for representatives of Luhansk Region’s territorial communities took place in Kyiv.
These two days provided an opportunity for active dialogue and experience sharing. Participants engaged with Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Nadiia Kuzmychova, and experts to discuss key issues related to education management in the face of current challenges.
During the meeting with Nadiia Kuzmychova, discussions focused on the development of the educational network in Luhansk Region and the financing of the education sector.
Luhansk Region is facing significant challenges, including those affecting education. Community leaders operate in difficult conditions, requiring constant efforts to find effective solutions to support the educational process. Open communication, cooperation, and knowledge exchange between communities, the Ministry of Education and Science, and experts are therefore of critical importance.
The first stage of the training took place remotely in October-November 2024, covering 88.5% of Luhansk Region’s territorial communities.
Upon completion of the training, all participants will receive electronic certificates for professional development.
