Due to the security situation, communities of Luhansk region are unable to apply for the general selection process for the implementation of summer clubs. In the meantime, thousands of children and young people from Luhansk region are currently living in different regions of Ukraine and need opportunities for development, social interaction, social adaptation, and professional self-discovery.

For this reason, the Swiss-Ukrainian DECIDE Project is announcing a special selection process within the framework of DECIDE Summer Clubs 2026 “We Are at Home – in Ukraine”, aimed to support initiatives for internally displaced children from Luhansk region.

Eligible applicants include:

  • communities that have established humanitarian support centres for internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Luhansk region;

  • NGOs that work with internally displaced children from Luhansk region and have formed a target group.

We strive to support initiatives that will help children and teenagers spend their summer in an interesting and meaningful way, learn about the world of professions, develop life skills, and gain new experiences in communication and interaction.

Successful applicants will receive grant funding to organise and run summer activities focused on career guidance and the social adaptation of internally displaced children from Luhansk region.

Note: Projects have to be implemented in facilities or institutions that provide proper conditions for children and with access to a bomb shelter.

Applications are accepted until 21 June 2026 inclusive.

To participate in the selection process, please fill out the online form and attach the following documents:

Sharing this information with communities, organisations, and teams that work with children from Luhansk region is appreciated!

The DECIDE project is implemented by NGO DOCCU and PHZH International Projects in Education with the support of the Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine.
