Why should cooperation agreements be concluded between communities? Because together we can achieve more! Joint initiatives open up new opportunities for the development of education, enable more efficient use of resources and the implementation of meaningful, high-quality changes.

The Kalush community in Ivano-Frankivsk region has found a way to support teachers by helping them grow professionally. With the support of the DECIDE project, the community was able to sign a cooperation agreement with the neighbouring Verkhnianska territorial community to jointly implement educational initiatives.

Now, educators from both communities have the opportunity to conduct trainings, workshops, meetings, and online sessions at the Centre for Professional Development of Pedagogical Staff.
